Security
The secure parking area will comply with the Gold level of the EU parking standard.
The car park will have a concrete surface area of 25,000 m² and will be able to accommodate 129 trucks.
10% of the parking spaces will be dedicated to super trailer trucks and
10% of sites will be equipped with chargers for refrigerated trailers.
A service area will be available, with a range of facilities including showers, rest areas for drivers, and food and drink outlets.
Les fonctionnalités de sécurité et de service seront conformes au niveau Gold de la norme EU-Parking en respectant les critères en termes de périmètre, d’aire de stationnement, d’entrée/sortie et de procédures du personnel.
A small building will house the car park staff and provide the obligatory services.
Car park staff will be specifically trained to comply with all European Parking Standard procedures and maintain the car park to the Gold level as determined by Commission Delegated Regulation 885/2013/EU.
De plus, le projet proposé s’engage également à atteindre des objectifs liés aux priorités de l’UE, tels que la contribution à l’objectif de la Commission européenne de développer un réseau de SSTPA, la contribution à l’amélioration des conditions sociales et de travail des chauffeurs routiers grâce à la disponibilité de niveaux de service élevés pour l’aire de stationnement des camions selon la norme EU-Parking, la contribution à la réduction de la criminalité liée aux
marchandises et aux accidents de la route en Wallonie, ainsi que d’autres
incidents survenant sur les corridors RTE-T Mer du Nord – Baltique, Rhin – Alpes et sur les
différents réseaux.

Two new-generation automatic washing machines and tumble dryers - including dosed detergent. Phosphate- and dye-free, anti-allergenic detergent (European Ecolabel and Ecocert eco-labels)
We can provide you with a machine with a capacity of 8 to 18 kgs, allowing you to wash bulky items (quilts, blankets, pillows, etc.) in a minimum of time (wash cycle of +/- 30 minutes), while you wash your car or have a cup of coffee in the shop, etc.
Blankets for animals (dogs, horses, etc.) are not permitted.
